Welcome to sipit.ro! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our site and the purchase of Sipit products. We know T&Cs aren’t the most exciting read, but we’ve tried to make them as clear and straightforward as possible. No unnecessary legal jargon, just what you need to know.
1. COMPANY INFORMATION
Better Soda SRL, with the email address hello@sipit.ro, is the owner and operator of the website sipit.ro and the Sipit trademark.
2. DEFINITIONS
In these Terms, "We," "Sipit," or "the Company" refers to Better Soda SRL. "You," "Client," or "User" refers to the individual or legal entity accessing our website or purchasing our products. "Products" means Sipit prebiotic drinks and any other products offered through our site. "Site" refers to sipit.ro and all its associated subdomains.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using our website or placing an order, you expressly confirm that you have carefully read, fully understood, and agree to all the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent for the use of your personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
4. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Sipit products represent an innovative range of prebiotic carbonated drinks, characterized by low sugar and calorie content, created to offer a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional beverages. Each product is carefully crafted with natural ingredients and prebiotic fibers to support digestive health. Complete ingredients, detailed nutritional information, and specific benefits of each product are clearly displayed on the dedicated page for each item on the site.
All prices displayed on the site are expressed in lei and include value-added tax (VAT) according to the applicable legislation. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice, but the price applicable to your order will be the one displayed on the site at the time of order completion and confirmation.
Product availability is subject to stock at the time the order is placed. If a product ordered becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will immediately inform you and offer you the option to choose an alternative product or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders can be placed exclusively through our website, following the simple and intuitive steps in the checkout process. Confirming an order constitutes a firm purchase offer from you, and the sales contract is considered concluded when we accept your order by sending the electronic confirmation.
For customers who want a convenient and regular shopping experience, we offer subscription services with recurring deliveries. You can choose from weekly, biweekly, or monthly subscriptions, depending on your preferences and consumption needs. Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the chosen frequency, and payment is made through the payment method configured in your account. You have full flexibility to cancel the subscription anytime directly from your user account, with cancellation taking effect at the next scheduled billing cycle.
We accept various payment methods to offer you maximum convenience, including credit or debit card payment, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery in areas where this service is available. After successful payment, you will immediately receive a detailed confirmation email with all your order information. For card payments, transaction authorization and validation are done in real time.
6. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
Currently, our delivery services cover the entire territory of Romania through our authorized and trusted courier partners. We are working to bring Sipit to other countries as well; the bubbles will find their way there too.
The standard delivery time for all areas in Romania is 2-3 business days from order confirmation and processing. This timeframe may vary depending on the destination geographical area, adverse weather conditions, high order volumes during peak periods, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect transportation services.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and destination of the order and are transparently displayed during the checkout process before finalizing the order. Normally, these costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where we offer special promotions with free shipping, which will be clearly mentioned in the description of the respective offer.
The risk of loss, damage, or other transport-related issues passes to you at the moment of actual delivery and confirmation of receipt of the package by you or by a person authorized to receive the package on your behalf.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with European and Romanian consumer protection legislation, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without being obliged to justify this decision and without incurring any costs other than the return shipping.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your withdrawal decision by sending a clear message to the email address hello@sipit.roProducts must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unaltered, accompanied by all accessories and documents received with them. The costs related to returning the products are borne by you, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or product defects.
A full refund of the returned products' value will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we confirm receipt and acceptance of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, except in cases where you expressly agree to a different method.
We cannot accept the return of products that have been consumed, damaged due to your fault, or whose packaging has been damaged due to your negligence, except in cases where the damage occurred for reasons beyond your control.
8. PRODUCT WARRANTY
We guarantee that all Sipit products comply with the detailed descriptions on the website, have the declared qualities and properties, and meet the high standards of quality and food safety we have committed to. If you discover quality defects, discrepancies with the description, or other product-related issues, please report these to us within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving the package.
For products that have defects or non-conformities attributable to us, we offer free replacement with new products or a full refund, at your choice. In these specific situations, all transportation costs related to replacement or return are borne by us.
9. HEALTH INFORMATION
Sipit products are classified as functional foods and are not medicines, medical supplements, or treatments for various conditions. They are not intended to replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle but to beneficially complement them.
If you have specific health issues, known food allergies, particular medical conditions, or are undergoing medical treatments, we recommend consulting your family doctor or a specialist before regularly consuming our products. Carefully check the full list of ingredients displayed on each product to identify potential allergens that may affect you.
10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
We collect and process your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, to communicate effectively with you as a customer, and to continuously improve our services. The main purposes for which we use your data include processing and managing orders, coordinating deliveries, communicating about order and product status, marketing and advertising activities (only with your explicit consent), and analyzing web traffic through tools like Google Analytics to optimize user experience.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties in any way. We share your information only with our trusted partners and only to the extent strictly necessary: with courier companies to fulfill deliveries, with payment processors to complete transactions, and with Google Analytics for web traffic analysis (in anonymized form).
You have full rights over your personal data, including the right to access the information we hold about you, the right to correct inaccurate data, the right to delete data under certain conditions, and the right to data portability. 11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including but not limited to texts, images, photos, logos, graphics, videos, website design, and interface elements, is protected by copyright, intellectual and industrial property rights, and is exclusively owned by Better Soda SRL or our licensors.
The name "Sipit," associated logos, and all distinctive brand elements are registered or pending trademarks of Better Soda SRL. Unauthorized use of these elements is strictly prohibited and may constitute intellectual property rights infringement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to browse and view the website content for personal and non-commercial use. Any other use, including copying, distributing, modifying, or commercial use of the content, requires our prior written consent.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our contractual and non-contractual liability is limited to the total value of the products you purchased in the transaction that caused the damage. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business losses, or other economic damages that may result from the use of our products or website. We are also not liable for the consequences of incorrect, abusive, or non-compliant use of our products with the instructions.
In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, social conflicts, government actions, public service interruptions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable and unavoidable events, our liability for delay or failure to perform contractual obligations is suspended for the duration and to the extent affected by these events.
13. COMMUNICATIONS

Communications sent through these official channels are considered validly delivered and have full legal effect.
With your express consent, we may send you commercial communications, promotional offers, information about new products, and other marketing materials via email or other available communication channels. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe links in the messages received or by contacting us directly.
14. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our activities, applicable legislation, or to improve the services offered. Major changes significantly affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated by email or visible notification on the site at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continuing to use the site or our services after changes take effect constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any updates.
15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes arising from the contractual relationship between us, are governed exclusively by Romanian law, without affecting your consumer rights provided by consumer protection legislation.
We always try to resolve any misunderstandings or disputes through direct dialogue, amicable negotiation, and good faith. If we fail to reach a satisfactory solution for both parties, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania, according to the jurisdiction rules provided by civil procedure law.
For consumers in the European Union, the online dispute resolution platform (ODR) is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, which you can use for out-of-court resolution of commercial disputes.
